Niether one works…….I am not sure about the plug-ins.

If you have FTP or control panel access to your the file manager, please list the directories you see in wp-content/plugins
I think you must have some security plugin.

I am having trouble even getting to a page where I can log in to the admin page.
I asked you to use FTP or your hosting control panel, not to login to WordPress. (If you could do that, we wouldn’t be having this discussion. 🙂 )
