Nothing. You can do nothing and there is nothing that needs to be done by you or a moderator.
The reviewer left 1 star by mistake and meant to set it to 4. If they come back and fix it then great. If not then it’s just one review that reads “Meant to add 4 stars.”
The reviews are feedback. Try not to care about the stars, it’s just a reference and not truly a score card.
