Update corrupted installation

I had the Lite version running reasonably happily on a site but a recent upgrade has corrupted it making it impossible to save changes or create new forms. I uninstalled the plugin but this was clearly not done cleanly as, upon reinstalling, the old forms were still present.

Of course, as it’s a free version, there’s no access to support so I have to conclude that WP-Forms is unreliable and an alternative should be considered.
