I had the same issue but this was being caused by another plugin : Kwayy html sitemap
After deactivating it worked fine
(I say fine, there are php notices all over the place)
Same problem here and same fix. Conflict with Kway html sitemap and as soon as we disabled it worked perfectly. We are using the Yoast sitemap instead.
Been using this plugin for about 6 months and it’s fantastic. There is nothing this easy and that works this well that is a wordpress based plugin
Thanks guys, just to reiterate, these kinds of issues are generally conflicts on JS from other plugins/themes not checking which page they are loading on.
For anyone else viewing here with the same issue, please check the JS console for errors and/or disable all other plugins and re-enable until you find out which one is causing the issue.
Posting a bad rating will not make the problem go away and generally its not even our fault 🙂
Not making excuses, this kind of this is part and parcel of building a plugin, but sometimes conflicts are inevitable.
@@terriswiatekyahoocom, I do sincerely hope you’ll consider changing your rating as it was not a fault of our plugin and the 1 star seems a little unfair.
Cheers,
Josh
