I reviewed this plugin earlier, before I actually needed it. It appeared to be working great. I created backups on a regular basis, but never had to restore. I could see the .zip files in my Dropbox and in the window for the plugin on my site. So then lost almost all of my work, clicked “restore” and got the message, “Please wait… xxxxx seconds” and the time just kept growing past 20 hours. I tried several times. No luck. Now I no longer see the backups in the plugin window, though the files are still in Dropbox. It says it is connected. Tech support replies to emails, but obviously we are in widely different time zones, because they always email me in the wee hours of the morning. So every question takes a whole day to go back and forth. No phone or chat support that I can find. It will take me less time to rebuild than to restore. No good!!
