Excellent application and customer service

I searched a long time for a directory plugin with restricted access that would allow users to update their own entries and send emails to other members of the directory without showing email addresses. This plugin met and exceeded my expectations but more impressive was the customer service. Responses to my questions were always timely, thoughtful and comprehensive. I highly recommend this solution.
