Amazing plugin and support

I was a bit unsure of how well it would work with my own server configuration and complex theme. But let me tell you Anton went on my computer via Teamviewer and went through all the potential issues as to why the dropbox service wouldn’t connect to restore my site. He must have been working with me for well over 2 hours to figure out in the end that it was the fact I had not installed php-curl which was required to run the connection.

I was blown away by his patience and willingness to teach me some unix commands throughout the process. Never did I feel like he was being condescending or un willing to try another option.

This was a great experience and I’m really happy that my dads site will get restored as he’s been on my case for 2 weeks about this. So perhaps now i’ll finally be able to ask for an increase in my allowance. Just kidding i’m 35.
