WP Automatic Upgrade Error

I attempted to upgrade to WP2.6 from WP2.5.1 using the automatic upgrade. I received an error message halfway through and the page locked up. When I attempted to log in to WP again, it is redirecting me somewhere and will not log into the dashboard. When I pull up the site nothing is showing and I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zelig_dropdown_links() in /home/content/s/h/a/shaqsgirl/html/wp-content/themes/straightfromthea/index.php on line 13

Please assist.
