Virus

Whenever anyone tries to come to my blog using Internet Explorer a window pops up saying a virus tried downloading onto their computer.

The file reads as follows:

File: 61.155.8.157/wp-stats.php

Any ideas?? I deleted the wp-stats.php file but that didn’t seem to work. Can someone help me on this.
