Can you share with us the link of the related feed so we can try to find a fix.
First of all, you’ve to check if there is images within the feed, if not, open a topic and will be glad to help.

Your feed does not work on my side (404 not found).
In any case, you just have to check if you feed contains jpg/png/gif files (urls).
If so, it could work and if not…it won’t work because the plugin can’t display something which not exists.
The feed: http://blackhistory-101.com/feed/ does not contain anything for example…
