Been looking for a good plugin to use alongside my bootstrap theme, Contact 7 was way to much and didnt work at all, but this did. You can also set your column width for each bootstrap grid size.

Keep up the good work, i would like to point out that theres no spam protection, but i noticed you have this planned in version 0.2.0
