Attractive gallery. Helpful developers.

I choose this plugin because it produces good looking galleries and is generally simple to use – something I thought my client would appreciate.

The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is because of an issue with uploading images via WP Media Manager. One of the galleries became corrupted (I don’t know how) and had to be recreated but some images in the new gallery still didn’t load properly first time.

Initially, I tried uploading all 42 in one go but, after several minutes, only 7 had appeared in the list. Adding the photos in smaller groups was more successful but some showed up as an empty box. It took three further attempts to get all to display correctly.

It could be that the issue is something to do with the client’s hosting service. It seems a bit erratic speed-wise. It could also be down to a slight incompatibility with another plugin. If it’s either of those, I apologise for not giving 5 stars!

Must say, I got good service from support. They responded to emails and tested the installation. Thank you.
