Seems to be a basic fb like plugin

Works as anticipated, I had to tweak the size of the popup slightly from the default probably related to different size images as the fb logo. It does have some typos but they don’t affect the usage of the like box. It looks better than the default jetpack and gives a few more options. Give it a try see if it works for your needs.
