I am sorry if you feel this way about our theme, even though I don’t agree with your rating. You should keep in mind that even though is a free theme, we do offer support as much as we can. (You can have a look at all the users we helped by now).
Regarding the PRO version, please don’t try to mislead our users. There are plenty of new options in Zerif PRO as you can see here: http://docs.themeisle.com/article/65-zerif-lite-versus-zerif-pro.Best regards,
Rodicaofcourse you disagree, you’ve got sales to make. Maybe your colleague should think twice before deleting support threads. Can you really call it support when I send an enquiry asking where or which file I need to go to to add custom fields to the screen option for portfolio. He deletes my query, tells me that this is customization and therefore I have to pay for it.
So you are telling me an enquiry for information needs to be paid for even though they have not been asked to do the customization themselves? And guess what, that is the pro version service. Im sure you are nice to these lite clients until they go pro, so im just letting them know your support service after they do. And in the link you sent me, with the exception of portfolios, every pro aspect is limited to a front page. That I have no problem with its your service and your pricing. My problem is your support sucks because I spent two days trying to find a file which your team wont identify for me becus you want more money after i paid $80 for a front page that i cud have done with a free themify theme.Hey FashioGHANA,

I am really sorry to see you unhappy about our products, I have digged more into this and I just saw your thread, you are right, Gourav should have help you and as we speak our team should answer you a more detailed answer in that topic, as for deleting the topics, we never to that ( as far as I know ), as much as I would love to be perfect, we are people here and some might be wrong.
Regarding the lack of customisations that the pro version offers, you are right, you can’t build anything with the theme, this is how it was built, however everything it can or it cannot do it written clearly, so you are not required to upgrade. Now since you unhappy with the product, just ask our team for a refund and we will process it no questions asked 🙂 .
While I highly appreciate your feedback since it help us to improve and fix issues that we have, this is a forum/review section of Zerif Lite, so discussing Zerif PRO issues is not something that is allowed by w.org team or nice to people interested in reviews of Zerif lite, so would be cool if you can leave a review for Zerif Lite ( if you think is 1 star theme, no problem, just try to stay on topic ) .

Im not looking for a refund, I have run deep into the customization to fit what I bought it for. Prior to buying your theme I was using the free http://demo.fabthemes.com/fyre/ theme which is fairly similar. But I wanted a smoother version and one that had video and was prepared to pay for it which was what I found in yours as you can see similarities, i dont have an issue with it as it serves what I bought it for.
Its the reaction to the support query I wasnt happy with, although you have explained it was a mistake, because your automated email after purchase asks for feedback or support inquiries, my reply email was ignored. So I took it to the forums a couple days later and that was rubbished and i was asked to pay for customization.
Now had my enquiry not been shut down so soon, I could have saved myself 3 days of mind boggling search for how to resolve the issue. Although I see a reply has now been sent.
I am sure I have the right to rate a product based on the support services that come with it. But from an understanding business to another I wont mind taking this down considering you please respect your clients….and considering I figure out how to do so.

Regarding the Zerif Lite review here, the rating/review it can be edited and adjusted any time.
