It is not a very user friendly plugin. It rarely plays nice with themes or other plugins right out of the box.
The way this question is phrased makes it seem like “support” on this forum might not be enough to help.
aubrun08, you have a WordPress site installed already, right? It doesn’t take too much to install WP eCommerce – it is similar to other plugins. There are some bizarre behaviors it exhibits sometimes.
For instance, it sometimes cannot or will not access the “uploads” folder on your server. It also sometimes doesn’t write or read to your wordpress installation’s MySQL database properly.
auburn08; godaddy is known to be evil when it comes to e-commerce sites in general. I would recommend using a different host or waiting for us to release a godaddy specific patch. I am morally opposed to doing this of course. Godaddy seem to write their own rules on how the web should work…
don’t use godaddy. They suck!
I don’t understand what you’re talking about. My godaddy works really well. Everything works well except the download option in WP-ecommerce plug ins. It has nothing to do with Godaddy…
