Great plugin, outstanding support

    This plugin is fantastic for importing XML or CSV feeds, and is a huge time-saver.

    We had a small issue with custom post integration, and the team replied within 24 hours, and supplied us a patch soon after that. Brilliant support, on a product that soon pays for itself.
