Works as written. No support though. Pray an upgrade doesn't crash site.

Very poor support. I upgraded to 3.1.1 and my entire site crashed. Initially, the support team seemed very interested. They asked for admin access to my website which I reluctantly provided. After 8 hours and no login, I cancelled the account. Afterall, I did just send a password for admin access out (in desperation) to this support team. The next morning my ticket was complaining that they could not get access. I explained that version 3.1.1 was not working with Gravity Forms PDF. They said they would send me via email a copy of the previous version so my site could get back up and running. My first complaint. Why the HELL do you not have old versions available for download??? I come from Drupal. 12 years and my site was never down for more than 12 hours. ROLLBACK and REBOOT. I guess not so much with wordpress. It’s now been a week. My ecommerce site has been down for a week. That’s over a 1000 dollars lost in revenue. I have at least 3 open tickets, several emails in, just really.. BEGGING for someone to send me the working version. No response for one week. Thankfully the author of the plugin that crashed LITERALLY REWROTE THE CODE IN REGISTRATION MAGIC, renaming a function to prevent name collision and within hours got my site back up and running. My current plan is to switch over to Gravity Forms Registration. I have to also add. It’s a bit interesting the parent company specializes in fixing broken website.. for a fee. Not accusing.. just saying.
