Uploading Video

I cannot seem to get videos to upload. Like once I select the file to upload then the status bar laods and you can kinda see it in the background but the “Dismissal” button totally covers up the loading bar. And the loading bar doesn’t move any, hopefully there’s a solution. 🙂
