Comments appearing without moderation

    Hi there,

    This is my configuration for comments:

    Before a comment appears
    [ticked] An administrator must always approve the comment
    [ticked] Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
    [ticked] Comment author must have a previously approved comment

    So why do comments appear immediately? This is driving me crazy!
