Lost Administration Capabilities

    I deleted some capabilities thinking it will affect the users i created but instead i lost my administration capabilities. I cn no longer access Appearance, plugins etc. I managed to delet the plugin through my cPanel but did not restore anything. how can i restore to wp default user roles?
