embedding a wordpress blog into a website

Hi, any help with this question would be a huge help

I want to have my blog in the center of my web page with my own navigation bar and title at the top.

Is there anyway to remove the wordpress title and sidebar then embed just the blog into a website?

Mine will be more simplistic, but that is the basic idea. I understand this is a more advanced task but if anyone could help or point me the right directions I would be very grateful! Thank you!
