Plugin author always replies to every thread and He helped me alot.
Possible he reached out late to your thread because of some work but you can not give 1 star just because considering support side only.
Just went through the support forum and the two messages I post about an issue we’re having seem to have disappeared. So, yea… I can post a negative review.

Whilst I appreciate that must be frustrating, please realise that plugin authors (myself included) don’t have the ability to delete support threads. If you think your thread has been deleted you’ll need to take that up with the forum moderators.
I’d appreciate it if you could update your review based on your experience of the support I have provided to you in the past and the plugin itself, it seems unfair to rate it based on reasons out of my control.

I’ll change my review once I figure out how to do that! In order for this plugin to work, I had to completely re install WordPress then re install the plug in. Seems to be working well now.
