Have been writing and requesting help since I first purchased the plug-in. I finally get some help this morning after posting my problem on this review site. But the file is still giving me problems with same error message:

I travel for a living and am trying to get funding for my expenses. Many time I have limited access to internet but today I have internet and am trying to get some work done. Please help me salve this problem since it has taken me several weeks to unload most of the images and changing to another plug in would put me in a financial strap. Thank you

Dear user this error always happen when our users forgot to delete old file. If you did so, then I would like to ask you delete it again and also go in plugins folder which is in your computer. (when you add plugins in your computer you should have the folder of the plugin, find huge-it folder and delete it
Also I should inform you that it is not allowed to make long conversation in forum, so please let’s keep on talking by e-mail
So please do not touch database or you will lose your created projects.

The forums are actually ideal for long replies (just thought I’d throw that out there).
As for the error message you are seeing, @4travelersonly, it means the ZIP file you are trying to upload is formatted incorrectly, this is not uncommon when purchasing a premium product where the first file needs to be extracted as it includes additional files that are not part of the plugin (and thus cause problems because WordPress can’t find the actual plugin files) along with the plugin files them selves.
