The quality of the support is astonishing. I hope these people go on to make a million bucks because they seem to be one of the few organisations around who understand that people’s WordPress installations are their face to the world, representing their business or social credentials. I had an issue that (it was subsequently established) had nothing to do with BD but Dave and his team identified the issue in a matter of minutes. Well done.
