    Adds to TOOLS menu (a little different than in-line execution from plug-ins) allows wide variety of choices (ex: disable all trackbacks, but allow comments on PAGES).

    Informs you of how many pages currently have the feature you are about to turn off and gives feedback after each operation (ex: you have just disabled trackbacks for xxx pages).

    Straight forward, WORKS AS DESCRIBED, and keeps my thumb-fingers away from touching the underlying WP database directly.
