Plug-in Support that COUNTS!

Typically, when you download a plug-in you are not expecting much support. Good forums and a trial by error experience. Not with this Connections Business Directory Plugin. Not only do you get a great plugin, an informative Support Forum but you also get Steven Zahm.

The plugin does actually does what it promises and when you need support, Steve actually responds quickly and helps resolve the problem. I have never experienced this kind of value added help from any WP related software company before ….ever.

Steve went out of his way to help me when the WP template from Template Monster (TM) which caused a couple of issues with the Connections plugin due to the outdated Cherry Framework query page being used by the TM template. In fact, Steve responded really quickly and then fixed the issue even though it was not the fault of his software!

Excellent product and excellent service, cannot recommend highly enough.
