Installed easily and works flawlessly in a custom theme. Adds an “Export to CSV” under Users in the left-hand menu. Date range is by month-plus-year (for example, Start Date = March 2014, End Date = March 2015). Exported CSV file imported into LibreOffice with no problem using default choices. This plugin makes things much easier than going into phpMyAdmin.
