Great Plug-In, great support

I downloaded the Spider catalog for my new website about a month ago. First, I was able to customize the product presentation to look exactly as I had envisioned. The products really stand out on a page. However, in the process of fiddling with various settings and switching themes, somewhere along the line I messed up a cell width and could not recover it.
As other reviews mention, the support was fantastic. They went into my site and set everything right in less than a day. I give a full 5 stars to this product and its support team.
