    I use the Pro Version of the Plugin and i had a problem with the download from URL. The support solved it in a few days and sended me a upgrade of the lastest version of wp-all-import. Simlpy awsome support, never seen a better one. I recommend this to everyone who needs to import xml files, there is no better solution! 5 STARS – WELL DONE
