Pro Version support incredibly fast

First of all, I must say we use the nextgen gallery plugin for the last seven years, and it was aways great.
Now, using the Photocrati Pro version, I was in need of something very specific and didn’t find the answer anywhere. However, writing to the plugin support gave me not just an incredible fast answer, but exactly what I was needing.
I’m a hundred percent satisfied with the support, and with the plugin.
