Thorough and different from WordFence

While Wordfence seems to be focused primarily on blocks and streamlines, this is the “Malwarebytes” of WordPress. It quickly identified dangerous areas of the site during a recent multi-user attack on my site. It also lets you fix in real time, while it is scanning! Time is off the essence during attacks so this is really helpful.
