They have live online help which is excellent. Very friendly and helpful, was pleasently suprised.

The interface looks excellent. It all works but the free plan only offers the one chatroom and for me to pay a monthly fee at this point is not viable.

I will come back to this though as the customer service is 5 stars without a question. So many plugins you write a message and you r lucky to ever get a reply so live chat help with their chat-rooms is clever, innovative and will keep them a head of the game!

So not for me right now but I would recommend if you can afford the price plans .
