Great Plugin with Awesome and Quick Support

I am developing a site @ http://www.skidrowstories.com/ . I needed a contact form for my side menu. I knew POWr has been around a long while now, as I’ve used them in the past, and their plugins are easy to customize. What I didn’t know was how great and helpful the support team is.

I had made a mistake in entering my email address when registering, so when I tried to log in again, naturally, my credentials didn’t match. Eric went out of his way, while traveling on Christmas Day no less, to get everything sorted for me. You’d be hard pressed to find customer support like this anywhere else!
