Help wordpress RSS Community feed

I’d like to know how to create a sidebar community news feed just like on http://www.cssglobe.com/ . I understood something related about wp-o-matic, but it doesen’t quite do what i want. I’d like a list of user submitted feeds that i can filter (aprove or deny) wich show up in the sidebar or wherever i call a function for this process. Just like on cssglobe. So anybody know the answer to this one. Much apreciate it. Thanks.
