Frustrating

This plugin is great, in a way, since it doesn’t require coding, but it can be very frustrating. My main problem is when I select an element, it automatically picks other parts of the page to group with what I am selecting. There is no way to unselect certain parts without removing all the font formatting and start over. There seems to be a serious lack of support for others who are posting their problems. If the developers will address issues users are having, myself included, I will reconsider my rating.
