doesnt work and support doesnt answer

plugin developer doesn’t answer. i made first support ticket 5 months ago on other issue and it’s not yet answered even dont know is a answer for me. i see that he replies here so i made support ticket here but he doesn’t reply problem exists already for 2 months i payed money for this plagin and i get nothing. it’s waste of money. he doesnt even have courtesy to say that he doesnt know what’s the issue. it still answer for me but he ignores me i cant even make review for some reason i wasted my money and i get nothing good job.
