this is a wonderful tool, which makes wordpress a powerful Policy Management System. The “read and understood” is a very essential tool for many policy mangement systems, where policy owners require that users/staff/exployees accept the policies/terms. This tool with its exporting features enables us to have accountability, and enforce policies for users who have not read or accepted.
