It does work pretty fine. What kind of documentation do you want for such a simple plugin?
I’ve checked my test Pinterest account. The last pin was made just 32 minutes ago. Thus the plugin works splendid. The problem is definitely at your end (wrong sittings, conflict with other plugin, etc).
