Do you need an !important on everything?

    The biggest gripe I have about this plugin is the lack of ability to customize the look and feel without customizing the plugin itself. Unfortunately the developer put an important declaration on EVERYTHING. They are all custom classes (like bx-wrapper, bx-next, etc.) so there is no need to do this. Not everyone would want a solid color background, so to make that field not required I had to adjust the javascript validation because overriding in CSS wasn’t possible.

    I have declared important declaration due to there are lots of themes in market and all themes are not as accurate in css by wordpress default themes so b’cause of that some css overrides my css and slider looks bed and I got support request for that So that if I declared it important my slider remains unaffected and looks good.

    That’s a poor excuse. What it means for REAL developers is we have to hack your code to make it to work, then rehack every time there is an update to the plugin.

    Or, alternatively, make a setting in your admin area that will force important (by calling a separate stylesheet) if there are theme conflicts.

    Heck at the very least, do that in the PRO version!
