Since the plugin is available on wordpress.org i guess i can write my oppinion here. I din’t occuse wordpress.org for this ofc but i have to inform other people that if they download from here this plugin and buy the premium version FROM THEIR SITE they will lost their money.

Only for the free plugins hosted here. Not a commercial plugin – which you are obviously referring to.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience with the pro version of the plugin and to further fuel your disappoint of the plugin, you received no support.
I can assure you that no reply to your support ticket was not intentional. There was a major spam issue, apparently a security issue and this was being dealt with.
From what I read, the information the customer inputted on checkout, it does not show up in the email. This can only happen when your initial language is not English or part of our tested languages that the plugin supports.
