Server change, upload problems

Recently, my webhost had to move my blog to another server. I had several errors which I eventually worked out. However, I am now unable to upload any images into a post.

When creating a post, I click on “Add Media”, then select the local file I want to upload. Up pops the “crunching…” bar, but it just stops right there; no progress indicator, no error messages, nothing.

I updated Flash, cleared my cache, etc. Issue is present in Firefox And IE. I downloaded the no-flash-uploader, but not sure where to upload it to so I haven’t tried it.

Wondering if the change of server is creating a permission or path issue. Any suggestions are appreciated.
