Great service/support and solid plugin for simple and complex forms needs

I have used Gravity Forms and some other free form builders, and Ninja Forms is by far my favorite. I purchased several add-ons (which, let’s face it, saved me hours and hours and hours in development costs) to meet the needs of our business, and have several forms, one being super complex, with lots of conditional logic and multiple pages, and Ninja Forms performs like a champ. I am beyond happy. What’s more, I’ve received stellar support from their team, so I cannot recommend them enough. When my long forms were hanging, I learned how to edit my php.ini form to increase my site’s capacity with help from their support team. You need a little know-how out of the gate, I think, which would be my only advice for newbies–really read the documentation and reach out when you need help. But the add-ons are totally worth it, now that I’ve extensively used them.
