Adding another RSS feed to my blog???

Hey,
I’m very new to this and I’m sure this is very simple, but everywhere I look when I ask this question I get suggestions on how to add someone else’s feed to my blog. I want to actually create two separate feeds for my blog. I have podcast and want to offer both Video and Audio versions of it. But, I don’t want them all bleeding together in one feed.

I’ve got a blank page on my website setup. Can some one please tell me how to turn that blank page into an RSS page like the standard homepage in wordpress. Thank you for all of your help.
