    As well as manual backups of my files and/or database, I can schedule individual backups of these, specifying exclusions.

    So for example I can backup my database daily and email a copy to myself (really handy so you have an offline backup.

    I can backup my files but specify just my media folder, so I have a backup of my images.

    I don’t know another backup plugin that is as flexible.
