Contact Form 7 – very basic question

I’ve tried changing the Contact Form 7 in order to add more fields that are generated to my email. I need to add, for instance, “Your Title”, “Your Organization”, etc.

I checked the FAQ from the developer’s site, but could not understand what to do.

Can someone please help me with this? I know it is very basic, but I just can’t get it!
