Import User Profile From PHP Nuke?

    I used to run a CMS site using PHP-Nuke. I have approx 600 or so users registered. How do I import them into WordPress w/o having them re-register?

    I don’t mind if the import mass email them asking to establish a new password, if it help making it a bit easier…

    Any suggestion?
