Can I disable Archiving?

    I am using my wordpress as an interactive cookbook site, rather than as a blog. I have never used a blog format for anything before, but it seemed ingeniously perfect for my purpose. Trouble is, I don’t know anything about the archiving process, nor can I seem to find much info on it. For example, since today is the last day of the month, are all of my recipes going to disappear into an archive? I am terrified that this is going to happen! What can I do to disable, or even remove the archive fuction from my site, if this is the case. Please help! Only 1 hour 23 minutes til midnight. Will my site turn into a pumpkin?

    nah, ‘archive’ just mean ‘older’, not a physical backup function or such. no pumpkin at midnight! 😉
    Just continue as always.
