Comments Show on front page

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to get comments to show up on the front page….. example http://www.jessicaclaire.net,

I don’t think that website is using wordpress, but at the same time I like how you can view or hide the comments without the page having to load to a new page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
