Problem adding an image

I am trying to post on my blog, but I am having a problem adding an image to the post. When I click on the “add an image” icon, the box pops up and it is half hidden at the bottom of my screen. I can’t move the box up or scroll down enough to access what is at the bottom of the box to add a photo. Is this a problem on my end or with WordPress? Anyone know what I can do to fix it?
