Doesn't work and no support: Edit works now

Plugin does not work as advertised. When asking for support nobody responds.

Edit:
Took a couple days and a negative review to get a response but after I got a response the author was very responsive and effective at troubleshooting. As he notes below the plugin needs SOAP, installing SOAP fixed the problems.
